George Washington Birthday Parade Committee chair Joe Shumard (far left) presents certificates to United Honor Guard members (from left) Officer Binh Vu, Lieutenant Robert Gilmore, Deputy Juan Guzman, Deputy Ernesto Arroyo and Officer Joshua Leach Aug. 2 at the Alexandria Sheriff’s Department Headquarters.
