Rochefort: Officer of the Year
Wrote third-highest number of traffic tickets in the county.
PFC Brian G. Rochefort has been named the Sully District Police Station’s 2015 Officer of the Year. And although he couldn’t be present to receive his award, he was honored during the Feb. 10 meeting of the station’s Citizens Advisory Committee.
Fairfax: Firearms Training Center Is Moving Forward

The current firearms training center for the City’s Police Department was built in 1985 of cinderblock and wood. It has six firing lanes, a small classroom, a weapons-cleaning area and a office that doubles as an armory.

Derek Hardy. A 20-year police officer, he’s spent 14 years in forensics and is a member of the station’s Crime Scene Section.
