The Alexandria Sheriff's Office welcomes three new deputies to it ranks. From left: Dwayne Rogers, Emily Morris and Morgan Garner were sworn in at the Alexandria Courthouse on Friday, Jan. 22, shortly before the courthouse closed early in advance of the blizzard.
