The Board of Lady Managers of the Inova Alexandria Hospital hosted its annual Fashion show, luncheon and silent auction on Friday, Oct. 31, at the Hilton Alexandria Mark Center. The event benefits the Inova Alexandria surgical services. The Board of Lady Managers has pledged to purchase two neurology microscopes. Fashions for the show were from Lord & Taylor at the Fair Oaks Mall.
