Alexandria — Costumes filled the racks in the community room at the Mount Vernon Community Center on Saturday afternoon, Oct. 27. As the doors opens, dozens of children with their parents browsed and selected outfits for the upcoming evening haunt.
Volunteers helped with sizes and accessories. More than 130 Halloween costumes were given away. The program is sponsored by the members of the Del Ray Business Association.
